WOW !!! Deena, You Are Very Good, And Very Modest. I Was Reading Your Bio, How Very Accomplished In Music You Are, And To Think I Was Sitting Have Dinner With A Star, And Not Realizing It. Shame On Me. Deena, It Was Great Seeing You Again, Keep Up The GREAT Work, I Plan To Visit Your Site Regularly.

Wowee-Kah-Zowee!!
Laurie Anderson meets Frank Zappa!!
An artfully, sophisticated frolic that lifted
my spirits up high, high, high!!!!!!!
This body of work/play is truly ABFAB, Deena.
Brava, Sistah, Brava!

Kate

The song was beautiful, I knew it would be.
It made me cry, I knew it would.
Ironic, how one thing can flourish,
while others are set aside.

Congratulations on your accomplishment. Just finished the first listen-thru of the CD. Would wish for print-out of words of the songs. The concept is fascinating.

Deena,
It was such a great surprise to see you, your Mom and Arlene! Thanks so much for the CD and your kind words.

Love "Song for Child", "The Trickster", "The Only Time is Now" - they are my favorites.
Not surprised that you're so talented, its in your genes!!!

Please keep in touch!

I had so much fun last night! I was just listening to the CD. I really LOVE it! Only one constructive comment. Wish that track 9, Pandora, would continue a bit longer with some more instrumental and vocal finish. How do I get more copies of the CD? I would like to send as a gift to a friend. I'm so glad I went to the concert.

Ah, so full of life! I can just see you singing this, Deena, with your bold, fierce beauty. I had this flash of sadness when I heard that graduation has happened--sadness that I wasn't there with you and the others the way you were there with me when it was my turn. Wow! You've done it! I am sending you such big bear hugs and I really hope I will see you again sometime.

Love, love, love~

Deena! I am so proud of you. You have come so far in the short time I've known you, and it has been a beautiful thing to watch from a distance. Congratulations on your new degree, and your new record. They are each very ambitious undertakings, and you have accomplished them both simultaneously. I'm sure you don't need to be told - YOU ROCK!! Hope to see you sometime soon.

Just listened to the Trickster. It is wonderful: charming, well-arranged, deeply meaningful, perky, and of course, well-written from the heart of humanity.

I just introduced your music to my sister, Deena and talked about sitting around the bonfire listening to you sing your rendition of Hallelujah. She's in love with your voice, and made me promise to tell you. I will eventually be around to catch a show of yours.

What a great photo of you!
It seemed like this news was coming.
I am just trying to hang in there dealing with grief and changes myself.
I know you are great by yourself or with whomever joins ya!
Love ckb
