CD Release Party!
-
September 20, 2009
The evening was filled with triumph and wonder! We had a fantastic turnout and everybody had a great time. The Trickster Band did an amazing job coaxing the archetypes to join the party. After the presentation, The Roadside Blues Band got people up and dancing upstairs. Those who were downstairs were treated to an impromptu internationl juggling performance with Eric and Ronnie . Pompanuck was and always is the perfect venue for such magical events to take place! Check out the pictures!

I am officially in the Master's club! I received my Master's degree in Liberal Arts from Goddard College this weekend. My presentation of 'Voices of the Archetypes" was very well received and many CD's were sold. The ceremony was wonderful and I had a wonderful time with my family and friends...

The semi-rough tracks for my upcoming cd have been submitted and enthusiastically accepted by Goddard College. It's looking like I will finally be graduating in August.
We are thrilled with the way the songs have turned out and are looking forward to the commercial release later this summer. Stay tuned! This is going to be good :)
Update...
-
April 2, 2009
It's been while since I wrote here. I figured that it was time for an update.
Firstly, thanks to everybody who has come out to my gigs. It's been a long winter and you have all made it alot more bearable.
I've since started playing with another band besides for the trio. The Roadside Blues Band has been playing together for quite a few years. They invited me to join them back in January. It has been alot of fun and there's something about playing that music that touches me in a deep, spooky way...
I've also been working with an amazing producer (with whom I am in love) on my thesis project. 'The Voices of the Archetypes' is slated for release toward the end of the summer. I hope to post some new tracks soon...
Peace!

Dave Lawlor, Dave Cuite and I are having a great time putting together a fun list of bluegrass and folk tunes. This is certainly a nice break in the solo singer/songwriter action. It gives me a chance to play nicely with others in a low-pressure and very fun environment...stay tuned
Thanks Phoebe

Summertime!
-
May 12, 2008
It's good to be back in Cambridge after a brief exploration of the Mid-Hudson Valley area..
This summer I'll be working with the Pompanuck circus and art camps. I'm excited about this because the work combines nature, art, music and really fun circus antics! Go to the Pompanuck website (address in my links section) and check it out. The kids love it!
I also have some solo gigs lined up. I plan on introducing some new originals as well as airing out some of the older ones. I will also be playing some gigs with Nathan Knowles. We hope to add some new material to our previously dormant repertoire.
I'll be hosting an open mic at the The West Village Market in Cambridge every third Friday starting on June 20th.
So it's gearing up to be a fun season. I hope to see you all out there!
Peace!
